Where does The Only Cup ship from?
We are based in Brisbane, Australia. Local shipping timeframes range from 2-7 business days. International shipping varies depending on location but typically ranges from 7 - 20 business days. Note, any applicable international import tariffs are not included in shipping costs unless specifically stated.
Can I return my Only Cup?
We have worked tirelessly on the design of The Only Cup and are confident you will love it for a lifetime, however in the event you are not satisfied or change your mind within 7 days of purchase, we are happy for you to return to us for a refund.
Customers are required to pay for all postage and handling in relation to any returns. The product must be returned to us in 'as new' condition - showing no signs of usage (including fingerprints on glass surfaces).
Each and every Only Cup is individually made by hand with care by our suppliers in China, whom we have a close and long term working relationship with.
Of course, in the event of any manufacturing defects we will provide a free replacement for you!
Do the cups fit my car cup holder, and are they stackable?
We have tested a range of car cup holders and the cup works just fine. However, best to check the dimensions (above) before purchase if you wish to double check!
The design is 100% stackable, so you can stow away neatly when not in use.
